Notes from the campaign creator:

1. This campaign game is quite unique to the EastFront game. It is a brigade level kampfgruppe campaign! It demonstrates the Kampfgruppe concept used very successfully throughout World War II by the Germans. FYI Kampfgruppes were created by the German Army at Battalion, Brigade and Division levels. Usually there would be a "core unit" and then attachments were added to it to make it a well rounded combined arms force capable of dealing with most situations encountered on the battlefield.

2. I have set the campaign to occur in the "Central Army" area of operations.

3. Order of Battle for SS Kampfgruppe Peters:

Core Unit: 32 SS Panzer grenadier Regiment (under 75th SS PG Division)

    Augumented by:

4th Bn (Panzer Bn - Composite)
5th Bn (Artillery Bn - Composite)
     170mm Artil Btry
     210mm Rocket Btry
     105mm SP Artil Btry
     105mm SP Artill Btry
     150mm SP Artill Btry
    Armored Engineer Company
    Heavy AAA Company (88mm)
    Light AAA Company (37mm SP)
    Armored Recon Company

4. Because there are no provisions for Kampfgruppes in EastFront, look for units of Kampfgruppe Peters under the 75th SS Panzer Grenadier Division (under the 32nd SS Panzer Grenadier Regiment of that Division).
