i) We still have an initial air recon go but this can be done by any ground commander, whoever is online and gets to the file first. This should just be for the tactical recon using short range recon planes to plan ground operations. But this still means they have to adjust air doctrine, switch fighters and FBs to nts, send recon to reserve, air transfer recon to forward recon bases and move recon bases as this may not be possible later. This does not stop anyone else doing further recon gos afterwards. As the air commander develops the role they may post requests for the recon role when not doing it themselves (e.g. recon groups to go to reserve).
ii) Air Commander takes the next go which is the air settings and reserve go as is now. But also they will
- move air bases/HQs and air transfer aircraft
- adjust air doc if possible
- do more recon
- bomb air bases (as needs to be the first 33% of miles so needs to go first) preceded by fighter sweeps where appropriate
- set air groups to nights as appropriate
- set FB mission settings (although ground commanders can change these)

Maybe not for turn 17 but when air commander decides they can also take over deciding the manual swaps/disbands, replacement/upgrade settings and what gets sent to reserve, after which instructions for this will no longer be in allocations. I will work with air commander so that they know what I have been doing and planning so far until they are happy to take charge of air pools and groups management and decide what to do themselves.

iii) Ground commanders take their gos as usual with air assets. However much of the air supremacy work and recon job is already done for them and there needs to be a decision on how much is left for industry bombing at the end. Also the only airbase moves should be when this needs to be co-ordinated with ground action. Use of transports also needs to be co-ordinated to some extent. A protocol could be used to decide this and I could copy this over from the EightMP or air commander may want to develop one for here.

iv) After ground commanders have finished there is a final air turn for
- strategic bombing
- final recon for multi turn tracking/ interdiction
- other missions (e.g. air supply, spam ground bombing with withdrawing Slovaks, other requests by ground commanders)
- final sending to reserve, manual swaps or settings changes (where possible)
- moving airbases/HQs
- calling up from national reserve (this will mainly be for the Soviet phase as air groups can be air transfered next turn, but ground commanders may want to feedback what they think they will need)
- changing air doctrine, night settings and FB mission settings for the Soviet phase

As well as points for disbands and swaps, they may also need points to reassign airbases or HQs, and to change air leaders.
