NOTES:  The radar family started with the AN/FPS-3 in 1950.  The AN/FPS-100 is a modified AN/FPS-20, created by modifying the FPS-20 with a new digital moving target indicator (MTI) system to create the AN/FPS-100 and FPS-100A. The AN/FPS-100 was also upgraded to include a new antenna and a low noise front end. Users include India, Chile, Thailand, Israel and Argentina.
