OVERVIEW: The JY-8 WALL RUST is a mobile 3-D air surveillance, target acquisition and interception control radar system operating in the G/H-band.

DETAILS: The JY-8 is capable of tracking 36 contacts. ECCM features include wide band frequency diversity and adaptive frequency change and Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR).

Specifications:

Frequency: 4-8 GHz (G/H Band (NATO), C Band (IEEE))
Power output: 40 kW(average); 800 kW (peak)
PRF: 365, 500, 600 pps
Range Accuracy: 500 m (range), 0.3 degrees azimuth
