NOTES: IOC 1981.  The Big Back radar is designed by the NNIIRT institute in Nizhniy Novgorod and is designated 5N69. The BIG BACK likely replaced the  P-14 TALL KING and BACK TRAP systems.  It is primarily a fixed-site system, but its modular construction allows for a degree of transportability.
