OVERVIEW: The Vostok-D is a mobile, active array, 2-D early warning radar operating in the VHF band.

DETAILS:  The system is reported to be effective against stealth aircraft.  It is capable of tracking approximately 120 targets. Its ECCM capabilities include a wide  
dynamic range, frequency hopping and active noise jamming compensation. Low peak power is used to minimize detection range against hostile ESM
