OVERVIEW: The YLC-2 is a high-powered, solid-state, active phased array, long-range 3D air surveillance radar operating in the D  (NATO) band. 

DETAILS: The YLC-2 is reported to have a variety of electronic counter-countermeasures (ECCMs), to enable survival in a hostile electro-magnetic environment.  It can synthesize information from other radars to establish a local radar net.
