OVERVIEW: The Teluk Banten-class LST is a diesel-powered amphibious vessel with additional command facilities. 

DETAILS: The Taluk Banten-class is a sub-class of the Teluk Semangka class LST, with additional command and aviation facilities.  The vessel can hold 200 troops and 1800 tons cargo or 17 MBT's. 2 LCVP's in davits.
Aviation facilities include a hanger capable of holding two AS332 Super Puma-size helicopter with 1 extra helicopter on the helicopter deck.
The Taluk Banten class has 2 40mm/70 Bofors gun, 2 Rhienmetall 20mm gun and 2 DShK 12.7mm MG. The sensor are two radar, one JRC or Decca I-band and one Raytheon E/F-band navigation radar.
