NOTES:  IOC: 2001. The export name of the HQ-64 is LY-60.  The HQ-64 is a direct clone of the Italian Aspide Mk.1, itself derived from the RIM-7E Sea Sparrow. The naval varient is the LY-60N.  The LY-60 airframe is known as the PL-11 or FD-60 when used in the Air to Air role.
