90      t1      34%     changed to 80%
    Each time a location is captured or moved it reduces Replacements by 5%. 120 days later the Replacements go back
    up by 5% to represent the factory being moved. [Raising by 5% will always result in a little less, and that is ok
    because Soviet Production never totally recovered].
91-92 Sverdlovsk 307,155 Uralmash [in Yekaterinburg, aka Sverdlovsk, Plant No.9], the Ural Heavy Machine

            tanks and the SU-122, SU-85, and SU-100 tank destroyers.

120-121 Bryansk - an important industrial center for metallurgy and textiles.
122-123 added Chelyabinsk Tractor plant [311,173], was founded in 1933. Seven industrial entities were either
                wholly or partially relocated here to 'Tankograd'. Produced tanks, engines and ammunition.

                three great industrial areas were Leningrad, Moscow, in the Ukraine and Donets Region.
            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6h8lIk593HM     watched, no factory details.
182-183 Leningrad 136,118 as Factory No. 174, Moved to Chkalov [Orenburg], 1941; Moved again to Omsk, as Omsk
                Lenin Factory No. 174, 1942. Omsk is well off map to the east, so this factory can move to Chkalov
                and stay there unless it is captured, in which case it will move to Omsk.
                 The following two are not represented but I don't think they need be [I'd rather have more at Moscow]:

    ev1437 = t1 cancel ev1438
    ev1438 = Axis Supply Event -2
    ev1439 = ev1366 Enable ev1438
    [I think the Soviets re-occupying Grozny ev1367 can only trigger once, so if it triggers before the 64 turn dly
    then ev1366 will not activate, so there should be no -2 Supply for the Axis. But if ev1366 does trigger after the
    64 turn delay, then ev1366 will Enable ev1438, which triggers if Grozny is retaken by the Soviets].
