OVERVIEW: The G‑2000 is an unguided, 122 mm surface‑to‑surface artillery rocket developed by Serbia’s EDePro as a modernized upgrade of the Soviet BM‑21 Grad round. It doubles the range and accuracy of legacy rockets.

DETAILS: Designed by Engineering Design & Production (EDePro), the G‑2000 uses a redesigned motor with dual‑propellant grain and modern thermoplastic composite propellant to enhance performance. The rocket weighs approximately 68–69 kg, carries an ~19 kg high‑explosive warhead, and achieves a maximum range of 40–41 km (some upgraded G‑2000/52 variant reaches ~52 km). It remains compatible with standard 122 mm launchers like BM‑21 and RM‑70. The new aerodynamics and improved propulsion increase stability and reduce dispersion, achieving CEP around 0.96% at max range.

The G‑2000 uses spin‑stabilization via angled nozzles and is electrically ignited in single or salvo mode. It is fired from existing MLRS systems without launcher modification. Salvo of 40 rounds can be launched in under 20 seconds; reloading uses standard BM‑21 procedures.
