The OOBEditor is designed for easy editing of Order of Battle files for Battleground game series©. To be more accurate it works on the "*.oob" files that are found in every scenario directory for those games. This file describes the forces (units, leaders and organization) that are used by the game. This program was designed to make the process of editing much easier. It also contains some advanced options that may be helpful for example in creating and playing custom battles and campagins.
