The Leader properties dialog is much simpler than the Unit properties dialog. Leadership value is given as a number, where 1 is equal to F and 6 is equal to A in game terms. Third value may be or may not be blocked, depending on the target file. Command value is displayed by name. In this example the "Division Leader" is equal to command rating 3 (C). Position is the leader number counted from the beginning of the file. It is used in older games to get the leader picture. Even if you have attached a leader faces file, you will not have the possibility to alter this value.
