Since I down loaded the new patch I can know longer click in an ally country and request money, an attack or anything else. ANy ideas or is the problem in my setup?

As Spain I built the Ottoman Emire, but after conquering another part of the OE, I was unable to add it. Is this a konwn bug?

What do you mean by free resources?

I have played three games as the solwe human player with the AI set to low. It did not matter if I played as Spain, Turkey or Russia, Turkey and France would set up the same way. Is this common?
