Speed & altitude loss

Just returned to WitP after Win10 upgrade.

US PAC Fleet has ships, mainly CA, CL and DD's that have speed cut to 3. All ships have zero damage and full fuel.

Also, carrier aircraft altitude settings are: 0000 & 5000 only.

Thoughts?

Speed & altitude loss

Just came back to WitP after Windows 10 update. US PAC Fleet ships (CA, CL, DD's) suddenly go down to speed three. No damage to those ships. And not all of those types have speed reduced.

Carrier air has heights of 0000 or 5000.

Thoughts?

AXIS RAILYARDS

<t> Extreme NOOB question. Does it do the Russian player any good to bomb the rail yards of Axis captured cities.<br/>
<br/>
I was hoping to slow down supply of his troops by bombing the railyards of cities after they rails had been fixed/converted to Axis use. <br/>

RE: Weather

<t> Sredni, thanks for the post. Your probably right about the varying opinions on my question. I have closely watched the weather & results on day to day air operations. It just seems to me that alot of aircraft are dropping bombs in weather that they would not have flown in. Those aircraft weren't ...

Weather

<t> I am looking for anyone's thoughts on weather in their PBEM. I am currently playing the side of the Rising Sun in a PBEM, and its February of 44. So far the only effect for either side is difficulty in locating TFs. Fighters and bombers for both sides are bombing during thunderstorms and severe ...

RE: A Question for all the OLD PROS in the War Room!

<t> I may not be an old pro at this, but I have to disagree w/Shark 7. The idea is not to defend everything. It is and was an impossiblilty. <br/>

RE: Chinese Resources

<t> Roger that. I will immediately stop the the strategic bombing. <br/>
<br/>
Why did the Japanese not implement that type of bombing campaign?<br/>
<br/>
Is it the game mechanics function that skews it so much or do you believe that would have happened historically had the Japanese decided on ...

RE: Chinese Resources

<t> Thanks for the reply. We did not have a HR to cover this. I thought others might. He has not mentioned it yet, although it would be way too late. I figure he has to be eating his stock of resources pretty fast. My guess is by mid 43 his troops will be eating grass and throwing rocks.<br/>
