RE: Heroes of Stalingrad: What's Next?

<r> I'd say WWII Ardennes, and I say this from the perspective of someone who selfishly wants this system to thrive and grow. I think Ardennes gives it the best chance to do so. Why?<br/>

Thanks for the toggle option for rally voices. Can you do the same with the in-game cut-scenes?

<r> Don't forget your FLGS (Friendly Local Game Store), which might still have a copy of the game in stock. I live in Virginia and think I saw a copy of BoH on the shelves of a local store. Here's a list of game stores from Boardgamegeek:<br/>

RE: An Old Game Realized

<t> I know Mark grinds his teeth with the SL/ASL comparisons, but to me they are right on in one key aspect: HoS gives me the same kind of thrill I remember having when I first played Panzerblitz and Squad Leader and thought, "Man this is so freaking cool!" The games are different, but the thrill is ...

Mortar movement

<r> In the first scenario of the Soviet campaign, there is a mortar unit in a two-hex area surrounded by walls and a building. I can't move the mortar unit over the walls, or into the building hex, meaning he is stuck in that two-hex area. So I take it there is no option to pack up the mortar to ...

Do you have to disassemble it first? I recall in one of the tutorials I had to do that with a German MG.

Question about scenario randomness

<t> First off, let me echo what some others have said - this is the best boardgame conversion for the PC I have ever seen. As I mentioned over in Consimworld's On the Table folder, I've already had some of those classic ""Hey, remember when.." moments with this game (in this case, remember when ...

Is there a way to check the LOS from a hex before you move to it? Sometimes I want to check that out before ordering a unit to move.

I don't recall if I had used SI or not. MSE and Curse were int he background.
