I am updating the drivers from the READ ME FIRST! section that you provided in this forum.

I uninstalled the game, updated the ATI drivers, reinstalled the game and I got the exact same error. Then I tried installing the game on another Dell computer also running Windows XP SP3 and got the same error as well.
