The use of "Plotted Course / Navigation" waypoint orders is clear but can anyone explain how to use "Target" and "Form Up" waypoint orders?

Lockup happens repeatedly but at different times in the scenario with no correlation to any particular action. This is a self built scenario so perhaps I've set something up incorrectly. Autosave is attached.

I can't seem to do carrier air ops in any scenario without planes ditching out of fuel.

Using Build 484. My first plane doesn't even make it back. This is also happening to me in other scenarios as well.

Danjo Wall - Been having some issues with aircraft crashing after starting to RTB at Bingo. Saved game here...

I have tried repeatedly to download this file. Each time after about an hour I am within just a few MB of completing the download when it stops and gives tells me there has been an "Unknown Network Error".

Anybody else having this issue?
