Hawaii Nm penalty trigger

Strategy guide states: "The USA loses 125 National Morale points per turn if Hawaii including its ports are under Axis occupation."

Which real estate do you need to trigger this?
1) Honolulu (oahu island) + all its port
2) Hilo and port (island labelled as Hawaii on the map)
3) both 1) and 2)

Re: French foreign legion in Indochina

Need better 'all of France' perks... A bit of extra income, slightly less % mobilization for US that can't compete with Vichy + going for Tunisia+Algeria which only has a fraction of the headache of All of France (earlier plunder, France naval unit disbanding, cheaper invasion expenses, indochina ...

Re: French foreign legion in Indochina

Arrrrg "all of France" is the gift that keeps ungiving.

Will I get a chance at the extra battleships that can happen when the UK recognize Vichy?

French foreign legion in Indochina

I got a message saying the french foreign legion arrived in indochina... any body knows what triggers that? I guess that means there's a unit defending Hanoi again?

All of France - no Afrika Korp?

Picked up a MP game after a long hiatus. Just played my October turn as Axis and wasn't offered the Affrika Korp decision... is it because I pick no Vichy and France has not surrendered yet? Maybe because Italian are pushing at the gates of Egypt and are considered too successful to need the help?

Re: National Morale surrendering, twice?

Hum... Yeah that's what happened. I thought Bordeaux and Paris would be an "all capitals taken" surrender but it ended up being a lack of NM one. Darn it!

Re: National Morale surrendering, twice?

Gosh darn it... Makes it much harder to punish those fleet Kamikaze...

Ok not all hope is lost. What would be the timing of the Paris capture national reduction event?

Let's say I take Bordeaux first, then Paris. Do I get DE Vichy before or after France gets its -10000 NM deduction?

Re: National Morale surrendering, twice?

The strategy guides says: Any Major that surrenders and is then liberated will not surrender a second time if their National Morale were to once again reach zero.

But in France case the original DE Vichy trigger does it count as a surrendering or not (ie it only count as surrendering the first time ...

National Morale surrendering, twice?

Ok let's say my opponent has been super wasteful in its France defense and got its morale super low that its possible I can do the initial France capping without taking Paris. Saying no to Vichy gives him 10000NM but taking Paris immediately after would remove 10000NM...

The question is, is France ...

Re: Dardanelles red sea zone hex

some of these have a pop-up that says the impact but this one doesnt wondering if it has an impact more than just reducing the value of Constantinople ports.

Paris NM value

It starts the game at 100... but I see in my current game it's now 25. Does this value get reduced after being taken (or liberated the first time)? Do other city have a Nm reduction after a certain condition is met?

Re: Mine laying

In at least once case I would sumit they should be deleted instantly. When UK withdraws from the war all mines on the UK blockade hex should be removed. because right now they just remobilize after tapping out...
