RE: One Two Punch Question

I feared as much. Ended up clearing the mines using the mine sweeping helicopter.

Too bad, though. I found the concept of mine-clearing with those platforms and drones quite interesting.

Are there any other scenarios that involve mine-clearing?

One Two Punch Question

<t> Hey all,<br/>
<br/>
I just started the One Two Punch scenario and I must say I am intrigued by the concept.<br/>
<br/>
Before giving the scenario a serious go I've been toying around with the units to see what they actually do and what their capabilities are. Most of the scenario is making ...

RE: Nightmares - How to get the B-2's through?

<r> I finished this scenario today and I had some questions as well.<br/>
<br/>
My plan was to try and destroy the radar installations that were capable of detecting stealth. I was successful in this regard, but the Kn-06s still gave me trouble. Somehow they'd always get a sniff of me when I got ...

RE: Map Drawing Tools

<t> Thanks for your replies!<br/>
<br/>
To clarify, what I meant by "drawing on the map" was drawing simple shapes to keep track of my own planning. Arrows to show which air bases are launching strikes at which targets, for example. Or circles around important targets so I can keep track of them ...

Map Drawing Tools

<t> Hello everyone,<br/>
<br/>
I was wondering whether it is possible to draw on the world map, either through a function in-game or through a custom layer. I remember watching a YouTube video a while back in which the player did just that, but I am having difficulty finding out exactly what he ...

Many typos

<t> Hey devs,<br/>
<br/>
Fairly often I notice typos in scenario descriptions and briefings. I would like to post these on the forum when I find them to hopefully improve the quality of this great game. Is this something that would be appreciated or is it not on the developers' agenda?<br/>

RE: God of War help

<t> Thanks a bunch for the advice!<br/>
<br/>
Yesterday I gave the scenario another shot and today I finished it with a triumph (when you reach 90 points, the scenario concludes).<br/>
Losses were pretty limited. A single J-10 and two drones. The drones were mostly due to negligence. <br/>

Using more ELINT A/C will definitely help triangulating the SAM sites, but you probably won´t get an exact location. <br/>

RE: God of War help

<t> Thanks a lot for your reply! <br/>
<br/>
In my next attempt I will certainly put a lot more focus on destroying the S-300 systems, however this left me with a question:<br/>
Last time I played, I noticed that with a single ELINT aircraft I could not get a definitive position of the S-300 ...

God of War help

<t> Hey everyone,<br/>
<br/>
Just as I thought I was getting the hang of things, I tried my hand at the God of War scenario and after a long time of planning I got my ass handed to me within a couple of minutes. So here I am, frustrated and back at the drawing board. <br/>
<br/>
I briefly want ...

MPAs getting too close, fighters not expending their ammunition and other questions!

<r> Hey everyone,<br/>
<br/>
I've been playing CMANO for a little while now. Dabbled a bit with various small scenarios and I've been getting into it more and more. Recently I thought I'd join this community to learn more about the game. There are still a lot of questions on my mind and I think ...

<t> Thanks a whole lot for clearing that up. <br/>

I gave the scenario another go and I finally managed to beat it, using some of the tips you gave me. <br/>
Especially taking the time to let the US amphibious taskgroup catch up and go in front made a huge difference. It always struck me as ...

RE: What's your Goblins on the Doorstep strategy? [SPOILERS]

<r> I surprisingly got this mission on my first try.<br/>
What I did was fairly straightforward. I just put an ASW area in front of my SSBN and I kept moving it up as my SSBN went along (slow speed, as was said above, avoid cavitation). The trick is, I think, to keep the ASW area small so your MPAs ...

RE: No SOSUS during "Beware the Badger"

<t> Anyone? I cannot be the only person having this problem?<br/>
I'd really love to continue my Northern Inferno campaign and without SOSUS I can't stop my ships from being torpedoed to all hell.<br/>
I'd like to add my savefile, but I am not sure how to do that on this forum. (add file, I mean ...

[WAD] No SOSUS during "Beware the Badger"

<t> Hey everyone,<br/>
<br/>
I've ran into a problem whilst playing the Northern Inferno scenario "Beware the Badger", namely that I cannot seem to get SOSUS to work. I've seen it work in other players' playthroughs, so I'm not sure why it isn't working for me. There are some threads of years ago ...
