What i find was that i need Oil even my game is whitout Oil and Ore

I must produce Oil to use sea transport

I want Transport Infantrie with HQ that has Cargoships but Nav Cap is by Fuel? I play whitout Oil. What is that how can i increase my transport Capasity because inreasing the Cargo ship didnt help

Random Scenario i haver buil it before and now it is not possible any more. Are they maybe a maximum you can have ?

I cant build new Airfield what could be the reason ?

I play a Game and dont build units that need RAW.
I produce RAW. But the number of my RAW gets lower.

I build a Caroship prd:1 real:1 but i cant find it. Is not in my HQ. HQ is in the same Hex than the city. Now for 2 Rounds.
