I am not now, nor have I ever, watched a sopranos prequel. For you to state that everyone, meaning and including me, is a total fabrication of the truth. I would be curious to know what indisputable truth causes you to determine that myself, and everyone on this planet, is watching a sopranos prequel?

True- his assertion is hyperbole but in his social circles could be true. But your reaction to his exaggeration also seems a bit extreme. Best to let it pass or soften the confrontational tone, methinks. I'd rather not see a flame war over something so minor.

Ok. I will submit and watch whatever it was everyone is watching.

Italian mob movies are almost like remakes of each other, and there are already so many of them, that I found myself unable to enjoy this at all. Not to mention that it's always the same actors playing the same roles too.

I spent 25 years in heavy/highway construction in North Jersey. I don't need to watch a mob movie.

I attempted to comply, but was stymied over the fact that I would have to go to a movie theater and spend MY money to do so, or I would have to subscribe to HBO Max and pay for that.

Bonus material: I didn't pay to watch it. Was at a social gathering with dozen people & spouses. Was just on in the background as noise. A reason to gather. Women need something more than just sports. Not everything can be Holy, Holy, Holy.

Alot of ppl are having problems socializing. Meeting without being so serious in person can be healthy.

Well quite, after all, it was a little bit frightnin’. I suspect though, that Carl Douglas found that the line “Everybody was Kung-Fu Fighting” was a little easier to incorporate into the song than “A lot of people, though to be clear, it was by no means universal amongst the populace, were Kung Fu fighting”.
