Seven years of wargames development

When I saw this and the fact it's almost a screen worths I got a certain glow of satisfaction at how much I have done (on my own and with others) in the last 7 years.

It's a pretty hard niche to be in with not a lot of reward for the hours invested. However, the emails from genuinely happy gamers, the connections I have made in the industry, and the feeling I am contributing to a hobby I love are rewards in of themselves.

With another DLC announced and more to come I would like to thank those of you who have purchased my games over the years and continue to drive my enthusiasm to do more and make each one better.

I've got Valor & Victory so well done for all the effort needed.

Indeed, well done to all those individuals and small teams that built games e.g. Ageod, Frank Hunter - even The Operational Art of War has basically only one programmer keeping it going.

Added: Peter Fisla for Tigers on the Hunt and Vic for Advanced Tactics too.

-----------

Incidentally my Valor and Victory doesn't work on a windows 7 pc upgraded to windows 10; but does on a pc which came with windows 10.

Congratulations and thanks for your contributions! Have you considered doing the battle of Tarawa? I'd treasure that title!

You're a great indie developper, Lance.

Cheers!
