Hell Allo And Help Needed

Hello All
I only recently acquired TOAW and Strategic Command World at War through Steam.
Two questions: -
1) Which is best way to download Mods & Scenarios for either or both? (I would love to try some of the modern ones say for Gulf War & Ukraine for TOAW & probably if there is one for the Falkands & the Cold War as well. Where would find downloads links for any of those mentioned or should I subscribe to any from th Steam workshop to start of with?
2) which Scenario is best starting point with for first game inTOAW?
Any help. advice suggestions given appreciated!!!

All of my scenarios come with the game. But there are a couple (Sharpsburg & Gettysburg) that are newer than the last TOAW-IV release. Those can be found here:
