Pirate DLC new features

Pirate DLC new features

Here are the two main new features / improvements I would like to see :

Logistics / trade improvements
Since pirates will impact trade and logistics, it would be nice to see a few additions
  1. A dedicated view to see all resources known on the map with a filter to see the most valuable resources
  2. Increase the number of building resources, make some of them rare and tie some resources to some powerful tech unique to one civilisation only (for exemple 12 rare resources for 12 races). All that to encourage more trade and wars
  3. Logistics infrastructure : Would be great if we could build stations which would improve travel between point a and point b. More fuel efficient and faster. One side effect would be natural choke points to either blockade or steal
  4. Big space stations: Would be great if we could build spaceport size space stations in the middle of space as a jump relay, fuel station, outpost etc Especially with pirates
Fleet improvements
I would love to be able to choose the formation of my fleets (diamond, circle, triangle, line etc) and that they stay in formation as much as possible.
For that you could have a tech tree for the officer formation which would unlock formations and the more educated the officer are the more likely they will be to stay in formation.
Also some races could be more disciplined than others.

What do you think ? What would you like to see ? I know that it is probably under development so there is 0 chance this could be added in the next DLC but maybe the update after that ?
