Starting Planet Suggestions

1) I have had 2 games in a row where I got a 1 year mining boost in my home system at game start. Which is useless, as I don't have a single mining station up yet, so I get a mining boost on the 2 or so resources on my homeworld. Please remove or increase to 10 years.

2) When my homeworld ruins start with a research boost I can build a second research station early on, giving me 5 research labs to get out of my pre warp start. When I do not get this, it takes almost twice as long to get out of my starting system (5 research labs vs 3).

To even out game starts, I's like to see a second guaranteed research deposit in the home system. This could be linked to the "starting system" choices at game start for those who would prefer not to have this boost.

3) When I have a research boost on my homeworld ruins, the game does not auto build a research station there, I have to manually build one. It seems to never build a research station if there is already a starbase on a planet. I have seen this happen on planets I colonize and build a starbase on before finding the research boost.

If you set a constructor to auto it should work
