Long time Matix game supporter, heard about the remastered version, downloaded BUT the installer went into an infinite loop and the only way to stop was do a hard shut down on my laptop. The ease of installations has always been a major factor in purchasing Matrix products, but expecting your customer to find technical work arounds is unacceptable. Shame on you.

No probs whatsoever installing it for me. Did you completely uninstall previous versions first?

No prior version on laptop. Hung on 2nd disc.

I have deleted the download. Like I said. If the installer doesn't work I'm not interested in technical work arounds.

Just surprised because Matrix was the gold standard for me. Just not anymore.

Ah, it hung on the second disk because you need to unzip the file first.

If you attempt to run it from in the zip file, it can't find the second disc.

When you unzip the file, you should see this:



Once you see that, double click the install EXE and you're good to go.
