In the "Progress Report 1": the text ",,,or Double Time, but selecting the units..." should read "...or Double Time, by selecting the units...."

Is all of the txt that shows up as SMEAC, pop-ups, etc. located in the .lua files for the respective scenarios?

Where are the scenario text descriptions that appear on-screen stored?

The scenario description text is set in the .scn file (aka the scenario file).

The pop ups that happen during the course of the scenario are all located in the LUA file for that scenario.
