Over 10,000 CV - is this ok?

Saw this in my last turn is it possible - never seen it before - good job they are on my side...

Urban got crazy modifiers. IIRC the Defenders CV after combat gets an additional time multiplied by 2 (or so) after all other modifiers were already applied.

Def CV in cities can be a bit misleading. If you bring overwhelming numbers to the battle along with lots of artillery,
You can still take these cities despite the CV (as you disrupt/damage most of the ground elements in combat so they’re not in the ending CV calc)

Seems pretty normal, two heavily entrenched German infantry divisions in a city vs 1 poorly led Soviet RD
