I have a problem with armored corps. They have 100% fuel but do not get movement points. They have 6 m3 instead of 40 or 50 m3 ... They stand in the back.

If the units were attacked during the prior enemy turn, they can have their MPs reduced. Likely that is what you are seeing in your game. Would need to see a save to confirm it, but Soviet armored units often have few MPs if they have just been attacked.

My armored corps are in the rear and they are less than 10 mp anyway ... and it doesn't increase at all. They're 100 percent fuel.

Did they rout during the German turn? Other than low fuel, low vehicles can limit MPs. Do you have a save?

Your units mobile units with few MPs have 0 or very few vehicles. You probably have more mobile corps than your vehicles can support. Pay attention to the production screen number of vehicles in units versus the need in units. You are shot a number of vehicles, and in some tank corps you have none. You may have overbuilt these forces too quickly. You have 36 mobile corps, while historically 2 months later the Soviets only had 24.
