Port supply not moving on re-railed lines in Russia

So in my game vs tactical i have made really good progress towards Baku.
No German supply seems to move down the final rail leg to that goes to the SE from Machakala or whatever its called--even when re-railed and deports set up on towns down that line no supply ever arrives. Watched it for months now supply stops completely at Machakala and has to be trucked forward.
2nd rail issue---Batumi in German hands fully repaired has thousands of supply on hand---I moved a german rail engineer in via sea and re-railed to the NE then east further into the SU...even with repaired lvl 4 rail depots in the towns no supply is moving via rail from Batumi to the forward rail depots down the re-railed line.
This really makes German movements past those points almost impossible as no supply moves forward except by truck or air transport.

Saves would help to evaluate/investigate the issue.
Axis never have ships in Azov Sea and very limited ships in Black sea, area may have to rely on rail supply via Rostov

Is this on the MP server, or a PBEM game? It could be that you've hit some hard limit on number of hexes down a rail that freight will travel. I don't know that such a limit exists, but it's possible. I know there are limits on how far you it will search for working railyards, but they can be pulled from the source, so I don't think that's the issue. There may be a 200 hex limit, although that's a wild guess on my part.

Its on the MP server and yes other rail lines have also stopped getting any type of freight as you move further east. is a spot to the north of Moscow that for some reason gets no freight despite being a fully repaired rail depot on a town.

As to ships yes im getting supply shipped to Batumi---thats not the issue...the issue is even when you re-rail the line east from Batumi no supply rails forward so i have to air re-supply forward from Batumi.
My understanding is when you re-rail from a port supply should move by rail from the port if the port is getting supply.

Other location getting no rail supply despite being on lines with depots rebuilt-
Lagan- 295, 175
Srednyaya Akhtuba 276, 159
Balashov 261, 142....the entire line along the rail to the SE from there also gets no rail supply
Kalysin 225, 113 to the NW of moscow---no supply either for some reason
All these locations should get at least some rail supply and have gotten nothing for months.

Is Batumi still an import port?
Is Batumi priority lower than 4?
Are there any Railyard 2 and larger/and repaired in your separated network?

I looked at your game, and it doesn't surprise me that freight isn't being moved along rails only connected via a port. I assume we had that working in WitW for the Allies in France, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen it work in WitE2. I'm not sure Gary built that into the revised WitE2 system. Have you ever seen it happen?
As for getting freight far to the east, I do see Makhachkala is getting freight from the NSS's, but one to the north of it is not, along with a number just before Makhachkala. Since some are nearer, I'm thinking it may be a shortage of railyards. Railyard 1's don't generate rail points, but Makhachkala is a railyard 2, so it has some intrinsic railyard points. This may let it get something while the 1's don't have any and the NSS's may have used up everything near them given how far into Russia you are. I'll ask Gary if he remembers any kind of range limit, but likely, this is just a symptom of the fact that the game is not really designed to go this far. Using standard victory conditions the game would be over. If you want to continue, you'll be facing this issue of being stretched out. I can understand the desire to try to take Moscow and finish off the Soviets. Given the casualties you've caused and the population you've taken or destroyed, it will be very hard if not impossible for the Soviets to come back from this. We're no longer working on the freight/supply system as we consider it far to dangerous to try to make changes to it.
