Both this, SF2 and Black Sea Steam versions have such serious input lag they are unplayable, yet the SF2 Matrix version install works fine with no input lag. So it seems it's something to do with Steam.

I am having the exact same problem with the steam version. I do not have the matrix version (is there a way to link accounts or something?). I would like to try the matrix version, but if I can't get this input lag removed, or at least reduced to a playable level, I will ask steam for a refund since it is unplayable due to technical difficulties.

Ok, the game now works well. The problem was with the graphic cards. Because I was two on my laptop and the game chose INTEL, not GTX. When in the panel control cart I was forced to use GTX, the problem is solved. Now the game was worked in high detail.
