Question about Brexit

Post by JPFisher55 »

I was playing the first scenario "You Brexit - You Fix It." After about 3 hours of scenario time, I received a message that
NATO was about to put together some force to evict Russia from the Baltic states and a US carrier group was on the way. The message stated that Russia was
expected to back down soon and said "Well Done." However, the scenario did not end.

Is the scenario supposed to end with a NATO victory with this message or should I continue play?

keep playing, you'll get also messages as soon as more and more forces join to you and give you access to some of their units

I think you've found an issue. Just checked the NATO victory event and there is a problem.

If the message was:

Sir

We’ve just received notice that SHAPE is going to commit ground forces to expel the Russians. There are several Squadrons of strike aircraft assembling and a Carrier Strike Group being deployed to the North Sea. Turkey is threating to expand the conflict. In all likelihood, Russia will back down and we can put things back in order over the next couple weeks.

Well done

It should have been linked to the 'end scenario' action - but isn't. I will fix that in the next release.

You can still carry on and fight for a while if you like, the fun should continue. But you have won.

Hope you enjoyed it.

Gunner98, I did enjoy the scenario. However, IMO, it should continue for the whole 24 hours so I can punish the Russians for their invasion by bombing the units in Kaliningrad area.
So I am going to replay the scenario from the beginning. Great job.

P.S. I did not know that Kaliningrad existed before playing the scenario. It seems to be a weird area between Poland and the Baltic states not contiguous with the rest of Russia. So I won't feel guilty about bombing it. Learn geography by playing Command.

Kaliningrad - formerly East Prussia, home of the Teutonic Knights, critical in launching the invasion of Poland in 39 - it certainly does have an interesting history.

The game ends once the victory levels are reached as I don't think anyone is interested in starting WW3, however, Command lets you play past the end scenario screen - so, your game - have fun [:D]
