They are the associated comment tags/field in the database and by the looks of it in this case copy-pasta mostly left over from when entry was first copied from an original entry and then updated, or it changed over time but the comments never did, ie the one highlighted doesn't actually have a msp-500 sensor. The first 2x probably refers to number of mounts\btys I presume, but you can never really trust the comments (even though they are helpful at times) for reasons already mentioned - namely things change over time.
That or there are a whole lot of NASAMS missing IR/EO sensors that are mentioned in comments field, in which case there are many entries with database problems.

Tip, always look via the db browser first what's actually included\different between entries.

For the example Image shown you have highlighted a Norwegian NASAMS III Plt/2. This unit is 1/2 of a platoon.

The comments indicate how it fits into a larger unit structure,

In this case 2 of these half platoon plus a MSP-500 make one full platoon.

2 platoons make a battery

And as of the original entry creation the Norwegians had 2 batteries in service.

So if you want to build out the full OOB using the DB units for the full 2 batteries you need

4x MSP-500s and 8x of the 1/2 Platoon NASAMS III units.

Thanks @tylerblakebrandon, I too have been wondering these things.
It sure would be nice if all of this stuff was actually explained somewhere in game, or at least in the manual. Acronyms too.

These are descriptions. Not necessarily things that have a direct effect on the game so not really something to include in the manual.
