[1662] Time control UI bug

A little difficult to explain, but this happens in every scenario.

To reproduce-

-Load any scenario
-Go to 15x or Flame speed, or any speed
-Run one of the fixed time intervals from the bottom (15 sec, 5min, etc.)
-When the time interval is finished, you will no longer be able to use spacebar or the "regular" play button at the top to advance time
-The spacebar will only be effective at starting or stopping time when a fixed interval time period is in progress- until another scenario is loaded

Please let me no if you need clarification, I realize this might be hard to understand.

Just fir the record. I experienced this behavior this past weekend but I was not sure if it was me doing something different.
