More 4k UI woes

Don't worry, this seems plausibly simple to fix (in the grand scheme of things anyway).

On the top screen we see the time-bar is still obscuring the bottom set of taskbar options. Not critical but still annoying and lovely if it could be fixed.
On screen 2 and 3 are demonstrative examples of an issue all over the place - where there is a header on a table it is cut away by the table itself. The size of the header can be altered (but that isn't persistent), which leads me to hope that fixing it is a matter of changing a default setting somewhere.
