[WAD] Flight Tutorial 8 - Trouble auto engaging targets.

After upgrading, I'm attempting A to A Flight Tutorial 8. I'm unable to get my aircraft to auto engage targets. If I use 'auto engage' button and select target, I don't get engagement. If the enemy is in firing envelope and firing is allowed in ROE, I also don't get engagement. However, I can fire on an enemy if I manually target.

I'm guessing there is a default setting I wasn't aware of that changed in the upgrade, but wanted to ask as I can't account for the change.

Thanks

V1.05
Build 1307
Windows 10

PS Even with this issue, I really like the interface upgrade so far.

The WRA is set as the No Escape Zone (NEZ) for the Sparrow. Early Sparrows (even the Fs) are not very reliable and setting NEZ forces the F-15 to wait until less than 5nm to get a guaranteed kill. I changed it to max range. Eight Sparrows fired not a single hit. If the Migs weren't outnumbered, the F-15s would be in trouble and most likely get some shots in on the F-15s.

The choice is leave it at the default NEZ and get guarantied kills, set to max and disrupt the migs, but leave your F-152 more vulnerable, or set the WRA somewhere in between to maybe kill one of the migs before closing the range to the migs.

Thank you so much for the help! As you can probably guess by the scenario, I'm still pretty new to this. Last version must have installed with a different default setting. I'll spend some more time familiarizing myself with all the sub menus.

Its not just that the WRA has a new NEZ option. The entire missile kinematics modeling changed to better match a missile's real-world performance. Leaving the WRA at max range would have left you with the second scenario I shared. Firing all the missiles at range and missing.
