I bought a game in retail, activated and installed in Steam. I also bought a few DLC. When trying to activate, a message comes out that they need a game. Sellers assure that the keys are correct. I believe them because the shops are good, I have been using it for a long time. Tell me, please, what could be the problem?

He turned to the developers, hoping that such a situation was already. The game itself was registered and installed in Steam normally and one DLC too. But here are the other two, for some reason they do not see the established game. Steam recognizes the codes, does not report that these are false, but for some reason these codes are not installed on the game.

Ok, if Steam isn't able to help there really isn't anything we can do from our side after that. We don't have any control over 3rd party websites who sell keys
