[WAD]Can Not Create Flight Plans For Ferry Mission

As stated in the title i am no longer able to create flight plans for One-way Ferry missions, the boxes are greyed out and no longer selectable. I have included a basic test scenario for viewing.

You have to have a take-off or TOT time set for patrol/ferry missions in order to create a flightplan for them
