Happy New Year! This is a revised version of Action in the Bay of Vlore, 1969. I've corrected a couple of minor errors and added a few minor tweaks that I hope will make the scenario more enjoyable.

This version should replace the version in the Community Scenario Pack. Thanks!

Benny's Sweep, 1958 [revised version]

This is a revised version of Benny's Sweep, 1958, updated to the v509 database and with some of the special features of the later builds (partial damage for aircraft is now enabled, realistic submarine communication, etc.). Minor issues with scoring have also been (I hope) fixed. I also tweaked the aircraft loadouts and the magazine on the Bennington so more options are available to players.

Many thanks to fitzpatv for his after action report, which provided a lot of useful feedback.

Please replace the original version of the scenario in the Community Scenario Pack with this version.

This is the "Poland vs. Kaliningrad (2024)" scenario, as seen on youtube.

In brief: You command the Polish air force and it is your job to neutralize the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad within 2 days. Russian forces there will not receive help from the "main land" during this time.

You will be up against the entire Kaliningrad SAM network, as of late 2024 (best guess based on OSINT and free satellite data), as well as the russian air wings stationed in the territory.

Okay, I think I actually got it right this time...

Casamance 1 - Arrival, 1986 [revised version]

After posting a revised version, I found another couple of minor issues that needed to be fixed. So, here is the revised, revised version. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Please replace the version in the Community Scenario Pack with this version.

Invasion Re-Invasion Updated Apr 21

Post by JFS737 »

Island Invasion, 2026 (EDIT: Updated Ver)

My first Scenario, took forever. It's quick but I think difficult? It is CARGO centric with lots of conventional warfare as well, but there is some (if it's done right) ground combat that is very simplified.

War in the SCS and PRC units make a surprise invasion of a small island off Malaysia, a US Amphib Ready group is nearby and with the help of weather has been tasked to prevent the numerically superior naval / air forces around the island from getting a proper beach head and owning the island and airport. Make an amphibious assault on the island and beat the PLAN to the punch. If you can place enough firepower on the island you'll be able to capture the airfield and be in a position to take the island (Part II). But you must degrade enemy capabilities on the island and provide strong CAP defense to the island to ensure a safe landing for the LCAC's. You can't forget about the ARG's defense and submarines lurk! Will the LCAC's make it make ashore? Can the landed forces take the airfield and stave off PRC counter attacks?

Should not take too long to play, good way to learn CARGO ops as well. Sub, Surface, Land and air action... mission centric.

Please, please let me know what you see and find and what you think as it's my first try and I'm sure there may be a headscratcher here or there, although I've tested it pretty thoroughly. Enjoy

Chafarinas 2029: Spain vs Morocco

Hi everyone

Here is a hypothetical scenario of crisis between Spain and Morocco escalating to armed conflict in 2029.

Let me know if you have any recommendations or if you find any errors/issues.

Thanks!

Hey scenario developers.
I posted quite a few .INST files about the Cold War in 1989 at https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopi ... 7#p5223417 and following.

These are sandbox / .INST files and there is no scenario attached. These are just sandboxes.
Because this thread is tucked away, deeply in the abyss of our CMO forum... I just want to let you know that there is a lot of material available with underneath a lot of research.
Every NATO and Warsaw Pact country has a description and an .INST file.
Most of them (not all yet) are also available on the Steam Workshop.

This looks like shameless advertising... but the tone of the message I ment is, don't miss a nice startpoint to build a scenario. 8-)
