Designers note:
The joint Russian-Belarus exercise “Allied Resolve” ran from Feb. 10 to Feb. 20th.
The name of this scenario is a wordplay on this exercise.

This is a huge scenario and basically World War III.
NATO vs. Russian Western and Southern Military district.

Situation:
On February 24th 2022 Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a “Special Military Operation” into Ukraine.
In a broadcast shortly before the invasion, Russian president Vladimir Putin espoused irredentist views, questioned Ukraine's right to statehood, and falsely accused Ukraine of being governed by neo-Nazis who persecute the ethnic Russian minority. Putin also said NATO constitutes a threat to Russia's national security by expanding eastward since the early 2000s, which NATO disputed. Russia demanded NATO cease expansion and bar Ukraine from ever joining the alliance permanently.

Russia invaded Ukraine on 24 February 2022, marking a major escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War, which began in 2014 following the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity. The invasion has triggered Europe's largest refugee crisis since World War II, with more than 4.7 million Ukrainians leaving the country and a quarter of the population displaced.

After weeks of watching Russia deliberately targeting civilians with air, artillery and rocket bombardements, Western leaders started discussing intervening in the Russian invasion.
On the 1st of April news started coming out of Ukraine of a massacre in north-western Kiev suburb of Butcha. In the following days world media documented deliberate Russian killings of civilians as well as local political leaders.

NATO can’t stand by no more!
After a few days of discussions in Brussels NATO leaders decide to enforce a no-fly zone over Ukraine and thereby de-facto hindering Russia in conducting offensive operations in Ukraine.


Assets under your command:
You are in command of almost all NATO air and Sea assets in Europe.

Royal Air Force, Royal Danish Air Force, Royal Norwegian Air Force, Belgian Air Force and most of the Luftwaffe will be employed to defend the Northern flank and will not feature in this game.

Hello Kennetho, might be my own problem but when i try loading the scen, it appears that the "you brexit, you fix it!" live scenario is required in order to play.

My cmo is in 1243.5 and steam version, i don´t know if that may have an effect on it.

At first glance, Russia looks pretty underpowered. All those aircraft with AA-10s, is the Russian order of battle really that poor? Consider throwing in more modern aircraft.

Thanks for the feed-back.
I first build a scenario on top of the “Brexit” scen BALTIC BRAWL.
This scen is a full Russia attack on the Baltics and a stun on Poland.
Then “events” in Ukraine happened and I build Allied Resolve scen on top of BB. This is the reason you see the “Brexit” issue.

Thanks for the feed-back.

Must be your “first glance”. You are actually facing the full power of the Russian 4th and 6th air armies as well as the Long Range Aviation army. You have SU-35s from Eastern Military District stationed at Balbasava, Belarus also joining as well as bombers all the way from Ukrainka and Belaya.

Don’t worry, you will have your hands full for 24 hours.

Just to clarify: there is no way to play this scenario without purchasing "you brexit, you fixit"?

I couldn't open it until I purchased the 'You Brexit, You Fixit' add on

Didn't I send you a 'touched' version that didn't require brexit months back to avoid this exact issue and let you not have to rebuild the entire thing from scratch, guess you didn't make your changes to that one.

edit: removed fixed attachment... re-reading I guess you want it this way. (pm me if want a non-brexit version of your release file)

Noticed a few things with your OOB and load outs.

Just for starters then:

Why no F-22A's they would be there without a doubt if you are taking on fully 75% of Russian Tac Air, almost all of LRA and an intact IADs

Why no reloads at all on your Kilos? 6 tubes, 6 weapons? Where are the Kalibrs that they boast of firing at Ukraine?

CDG BG has no place in the Black Sea - no Carriers allowed (ever), no warships other than those in the Black Sea prior to the start of the war, unless they are homeported in the Black Sea... Check the Montreux Agreement, Turkey will enforce that and can back up such enforcement on whoever tries it on. Put them in the Aegean.

Your VFA's have too many jets. 12 max. Want more Super Hornets, use VMFA's like the USN do, but even then you are capped out at 60.

Scripts and Scoring
The scripted events are problematic. Around 40% contain artifacts from the scenario you used as a base.
The net result of this is that you either get a nonsense message (as in it does not refer to your scenarion, but instead appears to reference the You BREXIT, You Fixit scenario (reference to the Baltic States etc).

Scoring seems to be correct (per your description) for NATO, but not for Russia.

More OB issues.
You have aircraft in the Russian orbat that were retired years ago.
Too few SU-35's are in the game, took the liberty on one run of getting rid of your MiG-25PDS and replaced them with another squadron of SU-35S. Even this isnt enough, but I havent found out what is yet. Likely you would think that the big interceptors would be left to defend the North and the more agile and multi-role SU-35s would appear in greater numbers.

You have too many 12 TELS S-400 and S-300PMU, these are only ever found in SAM rings. They should be 8 TEL. Your S-400 have too many 40N6 (as in they are all 40N6). Russia hasnt built that many, they are big and expensive. The tubes are more likely to have 48N6DM.

Not enough NATO 5Gen to enforce a NFZ under the guns of almost total AD/AA cover, with or without SEAD waves. Yes you have 495FS in Lakenheath, but if a decision was made to enforce an NFZ was taken, it would not be a kneejerk with vital assets in the wrong place. You can fly them there, but the modelling in 1265.1 is going to make this near impossible as it will take one ferry to get them to the FOB, then a QTR, then one mission in theatre (then they are done for the scenario). If you actually use them, then you have burnt one of your sorties getting them there.

Navigational Issues
You have no nav zones in areas that you then place scoring targets. What's the point? I cant see a trigger that removes them, they just take pot shots at your expensive and limited 5Gen fighters without any risk - not going to happen, they shoot at NATO and I dont care where they are, they will have their 'toys' taken away. Being 'Belarus' would not stop this at all. If they launch at NATO from Belarus, then 'Vlad' has just dragged 'Luka' into the war. This goes for the missiles and the missile carrying bombers launching from Belarus.
