DPRK - UN Sanctions Template

Hello
The DPRK is always good value for scenario creation, the Financial Times presented one of the ways the DPRK illegally breaks UN Sanctions by transferring at sea so there is no need for customs, visiting foreign ports etc. You can read about it by GOOGLING "Inside North Korea’s oil smuggling: triads, ghost ships and underground banks"

If anyone is interested in recreating what occured (plus what you add - Your Side) I've made template with what you need to start .....
Contains:
Sides:
Civilian Shipping
DPRK
Taiwan
Your Side (any nation you like)
Civillian Shipping
- UNICA
- NAM SAN 8 (unknown if this was the DPRK ship involved as it was a satellite that identified what was occuring)
Single Unit Ports
- Nampo (DPRK)
- Port Klang (Malaysia)
- Taichung Port (Taiwan)
I've attached registration of the UNICA and the NAM SAM 8 (for interest) and the template to get you started.
Template:
- Date is set to September 25th 2022 (your free to change as the issue is ongoing)
- Ports are in an approximate location as they are only there to give the civilian shipping a home port.
- The UNICA and NAM SAN 8 are quite small unfortunately 20000 DWT is the lowest I can go.
- Going by the satellite imagery the weather conditions look quite good (no whitecaps, minimal cloud)
The scenario would essentially be about intercepting and detaining the UNICA, unless you want to venture close to the DPRK coastline (up to you - bear in mind destroying one or both in reality would probably result in escalation beyond policing of international waters)
