LUA to change destination in cargo mission

I am trying to create a scenario in which enemy base is first captured. Subsequently I would like to have a cargo mission to the newly captured base.

At the scenario start I can't select this base to configure the cargo mission because the base is an enemy base. Is there a LUA way to change the cargo mission destination? I think this would allow me to pick the correct cargo destination.

I don't know but maybe can can set the base to be on your side at mission start and change it with LUA after 1 sec. This will allow you to set up the mission as the base is on your side when you set it up.
