New france required for leeward ho

Hi all,

We need a new France for our game Leeward Ho. France isn't doing too badly at the moment, fought a war against Austria and Prussia last year, and got a conditional surrender out of both. Sitting and waiting and builidng for the next one to start. It is currently March 1806.

It's a relatively even paced game, 48 hour max turnaround but we get through a month's play in about a week of real time.

There's the usual complicated diplomatic situation involving Russia, but in this game Russia has been more pro-French than anti-French.
