Netherlands Classic WWII scenario

Hello,

I've started ATG with the Netherlands scenario as it seemed the right size to begin with. I'm struggling with the objectives as Germany :
-3 days for a major victory : I don't see how it can ever happen, you've got to get to major cities first then overcome the defenses
-4-5 days minor german victory : best I ever achieved is a Dutch minor victory

If I dash to to major Dutch cities, defenders regroup in the cities and do a good job of breaking supply lines and taking back VP locations left behind. I know I can use my Engineers better to build supply lines, but :
-either this scenario is really difficult (or it's a puzzle, and I'm not too keen on that)
either I'm missing something, hence this post

Any clue ?

EDIT : I managed to get a minor victory (5 turns) by securing the main east/west road/supply line and trapping most of the Dutch army along the way. Nevertheless, a major victory still seem beyond possible.

There does not seem to be an explanation nor a hint at which victory conditions and why, but that's interesting nvertheless Thanks.
