Is it possible in the started game to do by events:
1. Create a new SFType (not only make it possible to build)?
2. Same but delete SFtype?
3. Modify SFType weight or carrying capacity?
4. Make some SFType disappear from the SFType list that a player can see in the game (when he chooses SFType to compare their stats)?

It will be good when at least one of those thing will be possible.

Simple question.
If I set up units to have 0% kill chance and 100% retreat chance, will there be any killed units in scenario or they all will only retreat?
In picture: instead of 10% kill and 30% retreat.

There is no such thing as a historically accurate strategy game. Every game stops being historically accurate from the very first move player do. First unit that moves ahistorically, first battle with non-historical results, mean we ride in unknown.

I believe it would be as you describe.

0% kills, and all retreats.
