I have only played the computer and only two scenarios, but I have played them a couple of times each.

I am looking for somebody who is willing to take the time to teach me how to play a human vs human game over the Internet.

Any takers? You can choose the scenario and your side.

I'll give you a quick game I use Dropbox but if you don't have that then PBEM is fine I'll PM my e-mail address so you can send the first file.
Are we like late Rome, infatuated with past glories, ruled by a complacent, greedy elite, and hopelessly powerless to respond to changing conditions?
