I don't know if anyone is still monitoring this folder but I'm a little confused about reaction fire, that is, fire by the enemy during your turn and vice versa. What determines whether or not you'll get a reaction shot? I can't find anything in the manual about it and it appears arbitrary when reaction fire occurs. In some instances I plan an ambush waiting for the enemy to cross my LOS and instead of getting my reaction shot off, he fires and destroys me instead. Is there any way to determine whether you will get a reaction shot or at least knowing the odds of doing so?
