Some observations after update 1.02

CSME Dev Team,

Noticed a couple of issues that I want to make sure are WAD.

1) Is the Jordanian Mk-3 20mm suppose to be an armored target. It leaves a wreck when destroyed.

2)Israeli 61B infantry carrying boats cannot cross low walls or embankments either moving into water or another land hex. Is this WAD?
