Turn by turn, move by move narrative, played to win (not historical)....

Syrian Turn 1... Brig Gen Abrash, Cdr of the 7th Inf Div, was looking at his map when his deputy entered his command post. "Sir, all units are reporting in position" said the Col. Abrash's 85th Inf Bde had done its job, but at a heavy cost. As such, he had pulled them from the line to refit and reorganize. The had secured the enemy obstacle and had attained a 2km stretch of terrain to the west. The Israeli's still controlled the high ground in his sector, but he was no longer concerned with that.

His orders were clear...Bypass the Israeli positions and gain the road junctions. Move west, and on order, either south or north...

As the Syrian forces moved westward, the Israeli tanks that were on the reverse slopes of their positions pulled onto their firing ramps. They began their engagements at 2500m, destroying multiple PC's and tanks.

The 2nd Inf Bn, north of Kuneitra, took heavy losses as they attempted to advance on the town. Tank fire from two separate locations destroyed many of the trucks and their passangers.

The 2nd Tk Bn along with the 3rd Mech Bn gained the wadi with minimal losses but there was a trail of burning vehicles just to the east of the small village.

The Syrian right flank forces, (1st Tk Bn, 1st Mech Bn) advanced unscathed as the Israeli's were occupied by the shear number of vehicles

Historical Note....The Israeli setup for this scenario is a very accurate representation of their positions on the morning
of October 7th.....

Khahalani's Bn was covering almost 10 km's of front. On his left, Cpt Emmy, whose company took a beating last night, was on the Hermonit. Emmy had to extend his front to cover the positions that were occupied by Ltc Rattes Recce Co.
They shifted north to cover issues developing in that sector...

Emmy had just called on the radio. "I have many vehicles approaching. I've lost my number 2. Engaging....

Svets' Co was covering the wadi. The position was not the best, but after the Syrian's used it during the night, he needed to block any attempt coming from that axis as it was the center of his line.

He confirmed Emmy's report and his forward Plt was also engaging....

Amnon was on Booster. Both him and Emmy had good fields of fire into the valley but he reported that many enemy vehicles had dropped from his vision. He was able to destroy a few before they dropped from view.

Menachem's Co still occupied positions from his move to Kuneitra. He was over watching the main roads out of the town when he reported destroying a CO of infantry trying to advance...

As the Israeli's see the battlefield....

Cpt. Emmy, was reporting many tanks and PC's advancing on his left, more to his front..

All the reports were heavy contact on the left and center. The Syrian's were attempting a breakthrough...

He needed to shift forces towards the wadi...

Yair Svet's decision to move all his Plt's to the forward position pushed back the Syrian advance up the wadi....

Emmy, on the Hermonit, has to hold. He gets priority of fires...

Menachem leaves one Plt in Kuneitra and moves the rest of his Company to the Booster...

Upon seeing Menachem's tanks pulling up, Amnon started his move towards Yair Svet's positions....

"Cdr, this is Emmy, I'm under alot of pressure here. I'm down 2 and more are coming"
"This is Khahalani, do the best you can, we have problems everywhere."
"Yanosh (Bel-Gal) Khahalani, I need support at the Hermonit."
"This is Yanosh, you must hold, we are committed"

Gen Abrash was pleased with the advance of the lead echelon on his right flank. They had passed the Israeli positions between the dominating high ground,
and now his infantry were poised to attack those same positions.

He was forcing the Israeli's to react to his success.

The attack up the wadi had closed upon the Israeli defensive position but had not yet broke through. Abrash advanced his 2nd echelon on the right....

Kuneitra was a side show for him...It tied down Israeli forces...

Emmy was reporting that the Syrian's had gotten past his position and were heading towards the Masada crossroads.

Svet's was engaged in a close fight in the wadi....

Khahalani had informed his Cdr to let him know his situation....Heavy artillery was hitting his position...

"Yanosh, 77 here ....We are being overrun by Syrian's north of the Hermonit."...and his radio went silent....

The enemy artillery fire was heavy and accurate. All three Co Cdr's were trying to raise Khahalani on the Bn net but to no avail.
"Amnon, Emmy here. I could use some help. There are hundreds of Syrian vehicles advancing along my left flank. I've had to shift north and I'm down 3"
"I have a Plt moving now. Can you hold?"
"They're not interested in taking my positions, they are moving west towards Buq'ata and the Masada road"

Amnon looked at his map. If Emmy's report was accurate, they needed to move. "Menachem, leave one Plt on Booster and move towards El Rom

Gen Abrash watched as his tank columns continued to advance. The Israeli response was not heavy...Had he broken through? He was receiving reports from his lead units that they had entered Buq'ata and were awaiting orders.
North to Masada or south towards Nafkah?

His brothers were attacking the major Israeli base to his south. He would turn his forces towards them and create a pincer for the enemy to deal with...

The attack up the wadi had run into heavy resistance but he did gain the Israeli positions on what they called the Hermonit.

He continued the attack on Kuneitra as pressure across the whole front would force the enemy to make decisions...

Syrian turn 4.....Gen Abrash reinforces his advance between the "Tels" and turns his attack south and occupies El Rom.

The advance up the wadi occupies the Israeli tanks....

Syrian forces enter Kuneitra and punish the Israeli defenders...

The Syrians consolidate their gains on the "Hermonit" and occupy the Israeli positions...
